We want every customer to be satisfied with their order. However, because each book is printed individually and processed automatically, our return and refund conditions are limited and specific. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Orders are processed automatically once placed.
You may request a cancellation or modification within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing info@chapter4you.com with your order number and the subject line “Cancel Order.”
After 2 hours, your order enters production and fulfillment, and we are unable to cancel or modify it.
We have a 7-day window after delivery for reporting valid product issues.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must:
Be unused and in the same condition as received,
Be in its original packaging, and
Be reported to us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse,
Currency misunderstandings (e.g., assuming USD prices are in another currency),
Minor variations in print, color, or layout, or
Orders refused or undeliverable due to incorrect address information.
Because our products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for non-defective items.
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days at info@chapter4you.com with clear photos or a short video showing the issue. We’ll review your case and provide a suitable solution, such as a free replacement or partial refund if applicable.
If you wish to receive a replacement, please contact us first. In most cases, you do not need to return the original book.
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selections.
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt only if the product is not custom-made or print-on-demand.
Because our journals and keepsake books are printed individually for each order, they are excluded from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll be happy to help.
Refunds are approved only for confirmed defective or incorrect items.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
